For this recipe, the salmon steak is simply steamed with miso. It is just as tasty and healthy.


-800 grams of wild salmon, split into halves
-2 tsp of miso
-2 spring onion for garnishing


  1. Clean the salmon of any residual scale
  2. Rub 2 teaspoon of miso over the fish, let it sit for about 15 minutes
  3. Steam over medium heat for about 7 minutes
  4. Serve with a sprinkle of spring onions.
