This Creamy Tuscan Salmon recipe serves up perfectly pan-seared salmon, smothered in a creamy garlic sauce, with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives – delicious! It’s such a healthy and easy fish dish, perfect for weeknights.
-4pcs Refine Raw -Salmon fillets
-salt to taste
-black pepper to taste
-oil olive or avocado
-3 tbsp butter
-5 garlic cloves or 2 tbsps
-1/2 cup white wine
-1 3/4 cups heavy cream
-5 oz jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil
-fresh spinach about 3 handfuls
-1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1.Season salmon with salt and pepper
2.Sear for about 2 minutes per side until cooked
3.Set aside and reserve for later.
4.Add butter to the skillet
5.Add minced garlic to the melted butter. Stir until fragrant.
6.Add white wine and heavy cream
7.Add parmesan cheese and stir continuously
8.Add sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and combine.
9.Re-add the salmon back to the pan and spoon the sauce over the salmon.
