Pan-fry Wild Caught Salmon with Sweet Chili Sauce

INGREDIENTS

Salmon:
1 pcs Refine Seafood Raw Salmon Fillet
1 egg, beaten
50g corn flour
salt
½ tablespoons rice wine

Sauce:
1 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoons chili
1 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons hot water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut salmon 1 into 3. Coat fish in egg, then corn flour.
  2. Hot pot and put some olive oil. Gently set coated fish into pot and fry 1 minutes on each side, add some salt and ½ tsp rice wine then close the lid for 20 second.
  3. Then we use a medium bowl make sweet chili sauce. Mix all the ingredient in bowl stir well .
