-10g Butter,room temperature
-1 clove Garlic (minced)

- In a small bowl combine 10g butter,1tsp lemon juice, 1tsp Parsley, Garlic ,and pepper; mash with a fork to create a paste.
- Spread the paste on Wild Salmon pickled for 3 minutes
- Hot pan, gently set coated fish into pan and fry 1 minutes on each side. Is ready for eat.
