INGREDIENTS

-1 pcs Refine Seafood Hot Smoked Salmon-flaked
-1 tsp Lemon zest
-Lemon Juice
-Asparagus – cropped
-Dried Taglierini 1Pasta
-1 tsp Crème Fraiche
-black pepper
-100g fresh milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Ring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Reserving ½ cup pasta water
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add asparagus to cook about 2 minutes
  3. Add some lemon zest and smoked salmon cook 1 minutes
  4. Add Pasta , Crème Faiche ,100g fresh milk ,pasta water ,black pepper and lemon juice cook about 2minutes is ready to serve .
